 New Semester, New School Attitudes . As I embarked on the journey of transitioning back to life in Guam, I was filled with a mix of emotions. The prospect of enrolling at the University of Guam stirred up a whirlwind of fear and disbelief within me. I vividly recall moments of tearful pleading, wishing for more time to prepare for this significant change. It wasn't until this year that I summoned the courage to embrace the prospect of returning to college. The uncertainty of what lay ahead loomed large, particularly my concerns about forging new friendships after being absent for almost two years.
